摘  要:基于当前煤矿井下隔爆开关布置数量多、联锁控制效果差、故障率高以及开关安全性能低等技术难题,白洞矿电气队通过技术研究,决定对井下传统隔爆开关进行优化,采用了一套KJZ2-1600/1140-8型组合隔爆电气开关,阐述了隔爆开关结构组成。并通过实际应用效果来看,组合开关投入使用后井下隔爆开关数量减少了30余台,开关故障率由原来的19%降低至4%,大大提高了煤矿井下供电稳定性,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the current technical problems such as the large number of underground flameproof switches,poor interlocking control,high failure rate and low safety performance of switches,the electrical team of Baidong Mine decided to optimize the traditional underground flameproof switches through technical research and adopted a set of KJZ2-1600/1140-8 combined flameproof electrical switches,elaborated the structural composition of flameproof switches,and through the practical application effect,the number of underground flameproof switches was reduced by more than 30 after the combined switches were put into use,and the failure rate of switches was reduced from 19% to4%,which greatly improved the stability of underground power supply in coal mines and achieved significant application results.
