摘　　要：阐述了冶炼生产车间在役的铸造起重机结构上出现的各种问题,按GB/T 3811—2008《起重机设计规范》明确了该起重机的实际使用工作级别、工作循环、应力状况等。将该起重机现场使用情况以及大车轨道状态与GB/T 36697—2018《铸造起重机报废条件》结合,计算了该起重机疲劳剩余寿命值,并建议该起重机作报废处理。In this paper,various problems of ladle cranes in smelting workshop were discussed.The actual working level、working cycle and stress condition were confirmed by GB/T 3811-2008 Design Rules for Cranes.Combining the crane service condition and crane rail status with GB/T 36697-2018Discard Qualifications for Ladle Crane,fatigue residual life of crane were calculated,and the crane was suggested to be discarded.
