摘　　要：板坯连铸机扇形段中导向辊弧度的调节与精度的保持周期直接影响板坯连铸机设备的铸坯质量、检修周期、人员负荷等,因此,以2150板坯连铸机为研究对象,分析影响零段辊寿命的主要失效形式,并对零段辊实施现场改造。经改造后,辊子寿命有了较大提高,维修成本大幅度降低,改造效果明显。The adjustment and accuracy of guiding roller arc in the sector section of slab continuous casting machine directly affects the quality of slab,maintenance cycle and personnel load of slab continuous casting machine equipment,therefore,2150 slab continuous casting machine is used as the research object to analyze the main failure forms affecting the zero section roller life and implement the field transformation of the zero section.After the transformation,the roll life has been greatly improved,the maintenance cost has been significantly reduced,and the transformation effect is obvious.
