摘 要:为提高综采工作面搬家倒面速度,减少设备占用率,更好地保障采掘工作的顺利接替,研究了采煤工作面的快速回撤及高效安装的一体化施工技术。介绍了回撤前的应做的主要准备工作,分析了主要采煤设备的回撤工序及运输工作,并提出了新工作面采煤机、液压支架以及刮板输送机等主要设备的快速安装方法。通过采用回撤及安装一体化施工技术,有效缩短了采煤工作面回撤及新工作面的安装时间,提高了设备利用率,实现了快速搬家倒面。In order to improve the speed of moving back the face of comprehensive mining workings,reduce equipment occupancy and better guarantee the smooth succession of mining workings,based on the practice of coal mine engineering,the integrated construction technology of fast retraction and efficient installation of coal mining workings is studied,which introduces the main preparatory work to be done before retraction,analyzes the retraction process of main coal mining equipment and retraction transportation work,and proposes the fast installation method of coal mining machine,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor of new workings.By adopting the integrated construction technology of retraction and installation,it effectively shortens the retraction of coal mining face and the installation time of new face,improves the equipment utilization rate,and realizes the fast moving down face.
