摘　　要：采用固体音叉检测化盐桶盐层高度,改造了化盐工序自动上盐控制系统,实现皮带输送、盐层高度、上盐停止的系统性有效控制,提高了自动控制水平。Solid tuning fork was used to detect the height of salt layer in salt-dissolving barrel,and the automatic salt-adding control system for salt-dissolving process was transformed.Belt conveying,the height of salt layer,and the stop of adding salt was systematically and effectively controlled.The level of automatic control was improved.
