摘  要:江汉老区部分井投产后措施效果不理想,多因素分析是由于原油粘度高导致开发效果差。针对江汉老区部分稠油井区原油粘度高、地层能量不足、产能低三大问题,开展微生物吞吐技术研究。根据试验井的井口取样特征,通过与胜利工程院进行技术交流和室内反复实验,筛选出可以降低原油粘度、岩石剥离性效果最优的微生物菌种与激活剂种类,采用段塞式、大排量的施工方式应用于实验井,同时不断优化施工流程。微生物吞吐技术的应用,为江汉油区稠油油藏的开采提供了一种新思路。After some wells in the Jianghan old area are put into production,the stimulation effect is poor due to the high viscosity of crude oi.In order to solve those three problems of high viscosity of crude oil,insufficient reservoir energy and low productivity in some wells of heavy oil in the Jianghan old area,the study on microbial huff and puff technology was carried out.According to the wellhead sampling characteristics of the test well,through the technical communication and indoor repeated experiments with Shengli Engineering Institute,the microbial strains and activator species with the optimal effect of reducing crude oil viscosity and rock stripping property were screened out.The slug+massive flow rate operation in was applied in the test well,along with the continuously optimized workflow.The application of microbial huff and puff technology provides a new idea for the production of heavy oil reservoirs in the Jianghan area.
