摘 要:XL1井是兴隆区块的一口预探井,2020年10月发生套管变形。变形的主要原因是由于早期的勘探对该地区的地层认识上存在不足,导致对井身的结构设计存在缺陷;同时后期的施工工艺存在设计缺陷,以及缺乏对工区地震资料的收集和整理。通过对施工过程的详细解读,对该井发生套管变形前后的成因进行了分析和认识。Well XL1 is an exploration well in the Xinglong area,where the casing deformation occurred in October 2020.The main cause for deformation are that there are defects in the structural design of wellbore due to the insufficient understanding of formations in this area in early exploration,the operation technology in the late stage has design defects,and the seismic data in the area are not collected and arranged.Based on the detailed interpretation of the operation process,this paper presents the analysis and insight of the causes around the occurrence of casing deformation in this well.
