摘  要:通过对单井双泵连续排液天平负载式低能耗举升系统的抽油杆柱进行力学分析,计算杆柱载荷,利用垂直井中杆柱扶正器设置方法对杆柱稳定性进行优化,利用能量法确定受压细长杆临界载荷进而推导出扶正器间距表达方程,对扶正器设置进行优化计算,最后利用ANSYS软件对杆柱做非线性屈曲分析,避免了杆柱工作过程中发生变形,提高了杆柱上下抽汲过程中工作稳定性。This paper runs a mechanical analysis of the rod string of the balance-loaded low-energy-consumption lifting system in a dual-pump well,calculates the load of the rod string,optimizes the stability of the rod string by using the setting method for the rod string centralizer in a vertical well,determines the critical load of the compressed slender rod by the energy method and then derives the expression equation of the centralizer spacing for optimized calculation of the centralizer setting,and finally,performs the nonlinear buckling analysis on the rod string by ANSYS software,so as to capture the maximum deformation value of 9 mm in X direction after the centralizer is set,to avoid the deformation during the operating process of the rod string and improve the operating stability of the rod string during swabbing.
