基于红外热成像观察俞募温清法治疗湿热质肥胖人群的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察俞募温清法对湿热质肥胖患者的疗效,运用红外热成像检测技术探讨其效应。方法:将80例湿热质肥胖患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组采用俞募温清法,对照组采用常规治疗,共治疗4个疗程。观察两组治疗前后体重、体重指数、湿热体质评分量表及腹部红外热成像温度变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者的体重、BMI、湿热体质量表评分、腹部红外热成像温度均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且治疗组体重、BMI、湿热体质量表评分、腹部红外热成像温度均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率77.5%,两组总有效率对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:俞募温清法治疗湿热质肥胖,安养五脏同时通调全身经脉,一养一通,效果显著,同时红外热成像检测可发现湿热质肥胖患者腹部呈不均匀散在热点,经治疗后该现象明显改善。Objective:observe the effect of heat clearing and warming with back points and front points for damp heat constitution obesity,and use infrared thermal imaging to investigate the effects.Method:Eighty damp heat constitution obesity patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was intervened by heat clearing and warming with back points and front points,while the control group with conventional therapy,both for 4 treatment courses.Observe the changes of the two groups in weight、BMI、the scores of damp heat constitution、the changes in the infrared thermal imaging of the abdomen before and after the intervention.Result:The weight、BMI、the scores of damp heat constitution、the changes in the infrared thermal imaging of the abdomen decreased significantly after the treatment in both groups(P<0.05);after the treatment,the weight、BMI、the scores of damp heat constitution、the changes in the infrared thermal imaging of the abdomen were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,while the control group was 77.5%,and there were significant differences in comparing the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat clearing and warming with back points and front points for damp heat constitution obesity,nourish the viscera and dredge meridians,all in one,made significant effect.By infrared thermal imaging we found that the abdomen of damp heat constitution obesity was nonuniformly scattered hot spots,and this phenomenon has improved significantly after the treatment.
