摘 要:目的:对四川省非物质文化遗产峨眉伤科踩跷法技术动作进行足底压力特征分析,为培养踩跷法传承人提供技术支持。方法:采用中科院研制的JPD4040足底压力软垫测试仪,采集非遗传承人罗才贵教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者时踩跷法的完整过程,对其足底总压强、足底接触面积、单位传感器(1cm^(2))最大压强及分布、压力中心点分布和踩跷频率进行特征分析。结果:整个踩跷过程含有6个重复性的踩跷周期,每个踩跷周期包含3个动作单元,即“两轻一重”,分别标注为Ⅰ单元、Ⅱ单元和Ⅲ单元。对比初学者操作踩跷法数据发现:①足底总压强波峰时除Ⅰ单元外均大于对照者(P<0.05);波谷时均小于对照者(P<0.05);②足底接触面积波峰时均大于对照者(P<0.05);波谷时除Ⅰ单元外均小于对照者,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。③单个传感器上最大压强分布均100%分布于R1区(脚趾部),与对照者有明显差异。④压力中心分布波峰Ⅰ、Ⅱ单元分布于R2区(足底前部),Ⅲ单元分布于R1区(脚趾部),而对照者波峰Ⅲ单元分布于R2区。⑤Ⅰ、Ⅱ单元频率慢于对照者(P<0.05),Ⅲ单元频率快于对照者(P<0.05)。结论:非遗传承人罗才贵教授踩跷法具有以下特点:①下踩时足底总压强高,尤其是Ⅲ单元(“一重”);②下踩时单位面积上的作用力更大,深透性强;③作用部位集中,能更好的作用于病变部位;④Ⅰ、Ⅱ单元(“两轻”)缓,Ⅲ单元(“一重”)快,更具有爆发力。实验为规范化培养踩跷法非遗技术传承人及推广应用提供数据支持。Objective:to analyze the plantar pressure characteristics of the technical movement of walking on stilts in Emei Department of Traumatology,an intangible cultural heritage of Sichuan Province,so as to provide technical support for cultivating the inheritors of walking on stilts.Method:jpd44040 plantar pressure cushion tester developed by Chinese Academy of Sciences was used to collect the complete process of treading method when Professor Luo Caigui,the inheritor of intangible cultural heritage,treated patients with lumbar disc herniation.The characteristics of total plantar pressure,plantar contact area,maximum pressure and distribution of unit sensor(lcm2),pressure center point distribution and treading frequency were analyzed.Results:the whole process of walking on stilts contained six repetitive walking cycles,and each walking cycle contained three action units,namely two light and one heavy ",which were labeled as unit Ⅰ,unit Ⅱ and unit Ⅲ respectively.Compared with the data of beginners’ walking on stilts,it was found that:① the peak of total plantar pressure except unit I was greater than that of the control(P<0.05);The trough time was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);② The peak of plantar contact area was greater than that of the control(P<0.05);The trough time was less than that of the control except unit Ⅰ(P<0.05).③ The maximum pressure distribution on a single sensor is 100% distributed in R1 area(toe),which is significantly different from the control.④The pressure center distribution wave crest units Ⅰ and Ⅱ are distributed in R2 area(front of plantar),unitⅢ is distributed in R1 area(toe),while the control wave crest unit Ⅲ is distributed in R2 area.⑤ The frequency of units Ⅰ and Ⅱ was slower than that of the control(P<0.05),and the frequency of unit Ⅲ was faster than that of the control(P<0.05).Conclusion:Professor Luo Caigui,the inheritor of intangible cultural heritage,has the following characteristics:① when stepping down,the total plantar pressure is
