摘 要:以某航空项目膨胀节承力件强度校核、某水电项目承压管道应力计算、某隧道建设项目管道波纹管外压稳定性计算为例,介绍了ANSYS在大口径膨胀节设计中的应用。针对航空项目大口径膨胀节复杂结构承力件,采用ANSYS配合热点应力法(HSM)对膨胀节承力件强度进行数值计算。水电项目大口径膨胀节承压接管为抬高阶梯结构,采用应力线性化方法校核应力集中区域强度。对隧道大口径异形膨胀节进行非线性屈曲分析,校核外压稳定性。通过3个案例总结ANSYS在大口径膨胀节设计中的应用方法,旨在为管道膨胀节设计人员提供参考。In this article,exampled with the strength check of load bearing part in expansion joint,the calculation of the stresses in piping,and the buckling check for the bellows subjected to external pressure,the application of ANSYS was introduced.For the load bearing part with complicated structure in large diameter expansion joint used in aviation industry,the strength of this part was calculated by using ANSYS and hot spot stress method(HSM).There is elevated stepped structure in the expansion joint used in hydropower projects,stress classification method was applied in checking the strength of the zone where stress centralization exists.For the large sectional size expansion joint subjected to external pressure used in tunnel,the nonlinear buckling analysis was carried out by using ANSYS to check its stability.The examples presented herein can be referenced by engineers for design of expansion joints.
