摘　　要：为避免废热锅炉(WHB)失效,结合国内外企业的失效案例,研究WHB失效原因。通过WHB经验教训和运行分析,探讨了运行初期、中期和末期的措施等。进而提出了动态评估检修周期及方法。经验表明:制定合理的WHB维护策略和周期,避免因WHB的额外停车,是避免巨大经济损失和安全风险的重要途径。In order to avoid the failure of waste heat boiler(WHB),combined with the failure cases of domestic and foreign enterprises,the failure causes of WHB are studied.Through WHB experience and operation analysis,the measures at the initial,middle and final stage of operation are discussed.Then the dynamic evaluation of maintenance cycle is put forward.Experience shows that formulating reasonable WHB maintenance strategy and cycle and avoiding additional shutdown due to WHB is an important way to avoid huge economic losses and safety risks.
