摘 要:针对煤制氢装置中低温甲醇洗贫富液换热器工况,采用FLUENT软件,对设计的板型进行了仿真计算,获得了传热计算数据,据此,设计了适用于低温甲醇洗贫富液换热工况的板壳式换热器,并将结果与现场的管壳式换热器进行对比。通过对比发现,板壳式换热器相比管壳式换热器具有占地面积小,节省投资等优势,具有广泛的应用前景。In this paper,with respect to rich and poor fluid heat transfer working condition in the rectisol unit in coal to hydrogen system,simulating calculation was carried out by using FLUENT software for the design of plate and shell heat exchanger(PSHE).Based on the calculation results,the PSHE was designed and the results were then compared with the tubular heat exchanger practically used onsite.Through the comparison,it was found that the PSHE has the advantages of small occupied area of the equipment and low investment,which means there exists wide application prospect for PSHE.
