摘 要:由于千米钻机定向钻孔施工过程中受煤层顶底板变化较大的影响,钻孔在煤层顶底板变化向斜区域容易聚积积水及煤粉,容易造成水锁现象。因此,对千米钻孔水锁现象提出了改进方案,并在4106巷进行了实施应用。实践应用表明,该技术保证了钻孔的抽放效果,降低了回采工作面千米钻孔区域瓦斯超限的概率,提高了采煤队组的生产效率。Due to the influence of large changes in the top and bottom of coal seam during the construction of directional drilling by kilometer drilling rig,the borehole is prone to accumulate water and coal dust in the sloping area of the coal seam top and bottom plate changes,which easily causes water lock phenomenon.Therefore,an improvement plan was proposed for the water locking phenomenon in the kilometer borehole,and it was implemented in 4106 lane.The practical application proved that the technology ensured the extraction effect of the borehole,reduced the chance of gas exceeding the limit in the area of the thousand-meter borehole in the recovery face,and improved the production efficiency of the coal mining team.
