刮板输送机断链原因分析及智能断链保护装置研究

摘　　要：为减少刮板输送机的断链故障,基于断链对刮板输送机的影响,设计了一种防止刮板输送机断链的保护装置。应用结果表明,该断链保护装置的应用,更好地保障了刮板输送机正常稳定运行,能有效减少断链对刮板输送机的影响,进一步提高刮板输送机生产效益。In order to reduce the chain breakage failure of scraper conveyor,based on the impact of chain breakage on scraper conveyor,the common chain breakage types of scraper conveyor are summarized,and a chain breakage protection device to prevent the chain breakage of scraper conveyor is designed.The application results show that the application of this chain breakage protection device can better guarantee the normal and stable operation of scraper conveyor,can effectively reduce the impact of chain breakage on scraper conveyor,and further improve the production efficiency of scraper conveyor.
