摘 要:由于掘进机的振动冲击主要集中在截割头部位,为提高掘进机的截割工作性能,实现矿井高产高效开采,主要分析不同截齿数、摆动截割速度及煤岩性质等掘进机工况参数,研究其截割机构的影响分布。结果表明:随着截齿数的增大,掘进机截割功率也增大;且随着摆动截割速度和煤岩接触强度的增大,其截割功率增幅明显。Since the vibration impact of roadheader is mainly concentrat ed in the cutting head area,in order to improve the cutting performance of roadheader and achieve high productivity and efficiency of coal mining,we mainly analyze the working parameters of roadheader such as different number of cutting teeth,oscillating cutting speed and nature of coal and rock,and study the influence distribution of cutting mechanism,the results show that:with the increase of cutting teeth,the cutting power of roadheader also increases;and with the increase of oscillating cutting speed and coal and rock contact strength,the cutting power increases obviously.
