摘 要:以莒山矿9103回风顺槽为研究背景,在分析巷道开采技术条件和支护方案的基础上,通过理论分析确定超前支护强度不低于192.27 kPa,通过相邻工作面巷道超前实测数据分析确定超前支护长度不低于28 m,同时结合巷道锚杆支护参数确定使用ZQL2×3200/18/35型分体式超前支护支架组,并给出了主要技术参数。实践表明,使用新型超前支架组后,巷道围岩得到了较好的维护,可满足回风顺槽超前支护要求。Taking the 9103 return air entry of Jushan Mine as the research background,based on the analysis of roadway mining technical conditions and support schemes,it was determined that the advance support strength was not less than 192.27kPa through theoretical analysis,and the length of the advance support was not less than 28m through the analysis of the advance measured data of the adjacent working face roadway.On this basis,combined with the bolt support parameters,it was determined to use the ZQL2×3200/18/35 type of split advance support group,and the main technical parameters were given.Practice has shown that the surrounding rock of the roadway has been well maintained after using the new advance support group,which can meet the requirements for the advance support of the return air trough.
