摘　　要：采煤工作面运输方式经历了由端卸式至交叉侧卸式的演变,但是仍存在卸煤方式易滞留煤块、刮板变型、断链等问题,因此,设计了一种新型的直角转盘式一体机,并且对该设备基本参数、使用优势以及对各部件磨损数据展开分析,并针对应用中出现的问题提出相应的改进措施,为该设备的推广应用提供参考依据。The transportation method of coal mining face has evolved from end discharge to cross side discharge,but there are still problems such as easy retention of coal blocks,scraper deformation and chain breakage in the discharge method.The basic parameters,advantages of use and wear data of each component are analyzed.The corresponding improvement measures are proposed for the problems arising from the application to provide a reference basis for the promotion and application of the equipment.
