摘 要:以某煤矿为例,从风量调节及调速方式、高压变频器选择及控制方式选择等方面对煤矿主通风机进行了改造,并对高压变频器在该煤矿的应用情况进行分析评价。结果表明,高压变频技术能使矿用主通风机起动速率更加稳定,运行电流明显减小,并能有效避免传统工频起动方式下电网承受大电流大转矩的不利冲击,大大提升了矿用主通风机使用寿命。Taking the coal mine as an example,the main ventilation fan of the coal mine was modified in terms of air volume adjustment and speed regulation mode,high-voltage inverter selection and control mode selection,and the application of high-voltage inverter in this coal mine was analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the high-voltage frequency conversion technology can make the starting rate of the mine main ventilation fan more stable and the running current significantly reduced,and can effectively avoid the unfavorable impact of high current and high torque on the power grid under the traditional industrial frequency starting method,which greatly improves the service life of the mine main ventilation fan.
