摘　　要：针对永定庄矿选煤厂设备数量多、设备布置区域广、选煤工艺复杂,传统控制系统自动化水平低、设备控制效果差、劳动作业强度大等现状,采用了一套PLC集控系统。通过实际应用效果来看,该PLC集控系统可实现选煤厂洗选过程中实时监控、图像显示,实现了选煤过程的自动化控制,有效提升了洗煤厂洗选效率。Based on the large number of equipment in coal processing plant,wide equipment layout area and complex coal processing process,the low automation level of traditional control system,poor equipment control effect and high labor intensity,taking Yongdingzhuang mine coal washing plant as an example,a PLC centralized control system is adopted for coal washing plant,through the actual application effect,the PLC centralized control system can realize real-time monitoring and image display in coal washing plant,realize automatic control and effectively improve the washing efficiency of coal washing plant.
