摘　　要：针对五阳矿选煤厂1007强力皮带机安全防护措施不到位,皮带伤人事故常有发生这一情况,从滚筒、防护罩、护栏、盖板等处进行了优化改进。经现场应用表明,改造后的设备实践应用效果理想,暂无一起安全事故发生,为企业创造了较好的安全经济效益。The 1007 powerful belt machine of Wuyang mine coal processing plant has been applied for more than 20years,but the safety protection measures of the equipment are not in place,and belt injury accidents often occur.In view of this situation,the strong belt machine was optimized and improved from drum,guard,guardrail and cover plate.The field application shows that the modified equipment has an ideal effect in practice,and no safety accident has occurred for the time being,which has created a better safety and economic benefit for the enterprise.
