摘 要:为解决采煤机在综采工作面进行采煤作业时需进行多次往返易造成供电电缆出现多层无顺叠加的问题,一种与采煤机采煤运行相配套的自动拖缆系统应运而生。针对该系统,分析其工作原理、总体结构及各部分的主要功能,以及系统主要用到的电器过载保护以及液压过载保护等一些关键保护技术,并以晋能控股煤业集团某矿43102工作面采煤作业为例,分析该系统的应用效果。经多个月的实地运行,发现新系统运行平稳,可根据采煤机运行情况自动灵活地拖拽电缆,可替代人工拖缆作业,减少了采煤作业用人量,提升了采煤机采煤效率,具有一定的推广应用价值。In order to solve the problem that the coal mining machine needs to make several round trips during the coal mining operation in the comprehensive mining face,which may cause the power supply cable to have multi-layers without smooth superposition,an automatic cable towing system is created to match the coal mining operation of the coal mining machine.For this system,we analyze its working principle,overall structure and main functions of each part,as well as some key protection technologies such as electrical overload protection and hydraulic overload protection,which are mainly used in the system,and take the coal mining operation of 43102 working face of a mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Group as an example to analyze the application effect of the system.After many months of field operation,it is found that the new system runs smoothly and can automatically and flexibly drag the cable according to the operation of the coal mining machine,which can replace the manual dragging operation,reduce the amount of coal mining manpower and improve the coal mining efficiency of the coal mining machine,and has certain promotion and application value.
