摘　　要：针对长春兴煤矿601工作面回采过程中SGZ1000/1400型刮板输送机电机故障率高,制约工作面快速回采,增加设备维修成本,易出现触电、挤压等伤人事故的情况,该矿通过技术研究,对601工作面前期回采过程中刮板输送机故障的主要原因进行合理分析,并根据生产情况从检修维护、设备安全管理以及优化改进等方面提出了若干项合理有效的预防措施。根据实际应用效果来看,采取预防措施后601工作面在后期回采过程中,刮板输送机故障率降低至4%以下,维修费用减少了38.7万元,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the high failure rate of SGZ1000/1400 type scraper conveyor motor during the back mining of 601working face in Changchunxing coal mine,which restricts the fast back mining of the working face,increases the equipment maintenance cost,and is prone to electric shock,extrusion and other injury accidents,Changchunxing Coal Mine,through technical research,reasonably analyzes the main causes of scraper conveyor failure during the front mining of 601 working face,and according to the The technical study has made a reasonable analysis of the main causes of scraper conveyor failure in the course of the backmining before 601 working face,and proposed several reasonable and effective preventive measures from the aspects of maintenance,equipment safety management and optimization improvement according to the production situation.
