摘　　要：基于综采工作面刮板输送机在实际运行过程中容易出现电机发热甚至电机烧毁的现象,以综采工作面SGZ1000型刮板输送机为研究对象,对刮板输送机电机烧毁原因进行合理分析,并根据实际情况提出了若干项预防措施。通过实际应用来看,采取电机烧毁预防措施后,电机故障率由原来的17%降低为4%,全年可节约设备维修费用达42.7万元,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the fact that the scraper conveyor of comprehensive mining face is prone to motor heating and even motor burning during operation,the SGZ1000 scraper conveyor of comprehensive mining face is taken as the research object,the reasons for scraper conveyor motor burning are reasonably analyzed and several preventive measures are proposed according to the actual situation,through practical application,after taking preventive measures for motor burning,the motor failure rate is reduced from the original Through the practical application,the motor failure rate is reduced from 17% to 4%,and the annual equipment maintenance cost can be saved up to 427,000yuan,which has achieved significant application results.
