摘  要:通过三(2-羟乙基)异氰尿酸酯(THEIC)、己二酸和甘油合成了一种赛克酯基辅助热稳定剂,并通过FTIR、DSC、TG进行了表征,与赛克对比测试了在PVC中的热稳定性和析出性能。结果表明赛克酯含有三嗪环结构和酯基键,熔点低于赛克,耐热性高于赛克,在含有脂肪酸钙锌盐的聚氯乙烯(PVC)片中,赛克酯的初期热稳定性与赛克相当,后期热稳定性稍微差于赛克,但是抗析出性能优于赛克。In this paper, a kind of THEIC ester auxiliary thermal stabilizers was synthesized from tris(2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate(THEIC), adipate and glycerol, it was characterized by FTIR, DSC and TG. The thermal stability and plate-out properties of THEIC ester in PVC were compared with that of THEIC. The results show that THEIC ester contains triazine ring structure and ester group bond, the melting point is lower than THEIC, and the heat resistance is higher than THEIC. In the PVC pressed plaques containing fatty acid calciumzinc salt, THEIC ester has the same thermal stability in the initial and middle periods as THEIC, the thermal stability in the later period is slightly worse than THEIC, but the plate-out resistance is better than THEIC.
