摘  要:聚醚醚酮(PEEK)在骨科领域的应用广泛,其合成方法主要包括亲核取代反应和亲电取代反应。PEEK具有良好的生物相容性,能够与生物体组织相互作用,可作为修补材料对骨缺损部位进行修复,不仅可以帮助骨骼恢复正常状态,还可以促进恢复机体功能。但PEEK材料实际应用中存在一定的局限性,需要对其进行合理的改性处理,提升材料的硬度和弹性模量,使其各项性能更趋近于人体骨骼,提高材料的抑菌性能和与人体骨骼的匹配度,才能在颅骨修复、口腔缺损修复、椎骨修复等方面发挥出良好的医疗作用,提升患者对治疗的满意度。Polyether ether ketone(PEEK) is widely used in orthopedics. Its synthetic methods mainly include nucleophilic substitution reaction and electrophilic substitution reaction. PEEK has good biocompatibility and can interact with biological tissues. As a material to repair bone defects, PEEK can not only help bones return to normal state but promote the recovery of body function. However, PEEK material has some limitations in practical application. It needs to be reasonably modified to improve the hardness and elastic model of the material, make its properties closer to human bones, and improve the antibacterial performance and matching degree with human bones, so as to play a good medical role in skull bone repair, oral defect repair, vertebra repair, etc., thus to improve patients’ satisfaction with treatment.
