摘  要:目的:探讨将数字化颅颌面模型应用于正畸头影测量教学之中,是否能够激发学生学习兴趣,提高教师教学品质。方法:将在西安交通大学口腔医学院学习的本科四年级学生和接受正畸临床训练的100名学生随机平均分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组学生使用传统教具进行头影测量教学,而实验组学生使用数字化颅颌面模型进行头影测量教学,每位学生独立完成头影描绘作业,并提交相关调查问卷。结果:实验组学生较对照组对于眶点、耳点、上齿槽座点、前鼻棘点及下颌角点的定位更准确。使用颅颌面模型进行数字化教学,可提高学生定点精准度以及测量准确度,缩短测量时间。调查问卷中95.2%的学生认为使用颅颌面模型进行正畸教学更适合头影测量课程;95.2%的学生对Dolphin软件3D功能十分感兴趣;100%的学生认为数字化教学精准、快速、便捷,教学过程生动有趣。结论:数字化颅颌面模型的应用可提升头影测量教学的教学质量,并提高学生对课程的满意度,可极大地提高实践教学效率,接近临床实际应用,可进一步推广和使用。Objective:To explore whether the application of digital craniofacial model in orthodontic cephalometric teaching can stimulate students’interest in learning and improve teachers’teaching quality.Methods:The fourth-year undergraduate students and the 100 students who received clinical training in orthodontics at Xi’an Jiaotong University School of Stomatology were divided into two groups:group A nd group B,of which group A students used traditional methods and using digital craniofacial model for group B students to conduct cephalometry measurement.Each student independently uses Dolphin software to complete the cephalometric measurement,and submits relevant questionnaires.Results:Group B was more accurate than group A in positioning the orbital point,ear point,upper alveolar seat point,anterior nasal spine point and mandibular corner point(P<0.05).There was also a significant difference between the two groups of students in the time it took to complete the cephalometric measurement(P<0.05).95.2%of students consider that orthodontic teaching using craniofacial model is more suitable for cephalometric measurement courses;95.2%of students rate Dolphin 3 D function is very interesting;100%of students think that digital teaching is accurate,fast,and convenient,and the teaching process is lively and interesting.Conclusion:The application of digital craniomaxillofacial model can improve the teaching quality of cephalometry teaching,and improve the students’satisfaction with the course.
