周目标学习体系在妇产科实习中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探索周目标学习体系在妇产科实习中的应用效果。方法:采用分组对照研究选取2019年8~12月在武汉大学人民医院妇产科实习的本科实习生72名作为研究对象,按实习轮转表将学生分为对照组和实验组,每组36名学生。实验组采用周目标学习体系进行实习教学管理,对照组采用传统带教体系进行教学管理。分别比较两组学生出科考核成绩和实习分阶段考试成绩,并通过问卷调查方式评价教学效果。结果:实验组学生的实习自评价得分、出科考试得分、实习考试成绩均高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义。结论:周目标学习体系有助于提高学生的临床能力,夯实知识水平,并提高实习教学管理水平,增加学生满意度,从而提高实习教学质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of weekly objective learning system in obstetrics and gynecology practice.Methods:The students were divided into control group and experimental group according to the practice rotation table.There are 36 students in each group.The experimental group adopts weekly objective learning system for practice teaching management,while the control group adopts traditional teaching system for teaching management.Results:The self-evaluation score,the exam score and the practice test score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Weekly objective learning system can improve students’clinical ability,consolidate knowledge level,improve the management level of practice teaching,increase students’satisfaction,and improve the quality of practice teaching.
