摘 要:目的比较革兰阳性球菌与肠杆菌科细菌所致儿童肺部感染的临床特征差异。方法回顾性分析2020年12月—2021年2月革兰阳性球菌(n=35)与肠杆菌科细菌(n=19)所致肺部感染患儿的临床资料。结果革兰阳性球菌组患儿与肠杆菌组相比,在最高体温、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞绝对值、中性粒细胞百分比、淋巴细胞百分比方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。淋巴细胞百分比是预测感染革兰阳性球菌的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论革兰阳性球菌与肠杆菌科细菌所致儿童肺部感染的临床特征存在差异,可为病原学不明情况下患儿临床抗感染治疗中的抗菌药物选择提供参考。Objective To compare the differences in the clinical characteristics of pulmonary infections in children caused by gram-positive cocci and Enterobacteriaceae bacteria and to provide assistance in the selection of antimicrobial drugs for children with pulmonary infections of unknown etiology.Methods The clinical data of children with pulmonary infection caused by gram-positive cocci(n=35)and Enterobacteriaceae bacteria(n=19)from December 2020 to February 2021 was analyzed retrospectively.Results There were significant differences in the highest body temperature,absolute value of leukocytes,neutrophils,percentage of neutrophils and percentage of lymphocytes between children in gram-positive cocci group and Enterobacteriaceae bacteria group(P<0.05).The percentage of lymphocytes was an independent risk factor for predicting the infection of gram-positive cocci(P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences in the clinical characteristics of pulmonary infection in children caused by gram-positive cocci and Enterobacteriaceae bacteria,which can provide a reference for the selection of antibiotics in clinical anti-infection treatment in children with pulmonary infections of unknown etiology.
