摘 要:目的分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者亚洲人骨质疏松自我筛查工具(OSTA)指数、25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平与骨质疏松的关系。方法选取2017年1月—2021年8月收治的T2DM 121例作为T2DM组,另选取健康体检者119例作为对照组。分析不同人群中OSTA指数、25(OH)D水平、骨密度(BMD)情况,对比不同骨量患者OSTA指数、25(OH)D水平。分析OSTA指数、25(OH)D水平与BMD相关性。结果T2DM组OSTA指数、25(OH)D水平、BMD值低于对照组(P<0.01)。121例中骨质疏松31例,骨量减少39例,骨量正常51例。骨质疏松组OSTA指数、25(OH)D水平、BMD值低于骨量正常组与骨量减少组,且骨量减少组低于骨量正常组(P<0.05)。OSTA指数、25(OH)D水平与BMD均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论T2DM患者OSTA指数及25(OH)D水平均明显降低,且二者与骨质疏松程度呈正相关,监测OSTA指数、25(OH)D变化情况可为防治T2DM患者发生骨质疏松提供有效参考。Objective To investigate the correlations between osteoporosis self-assessment tool for Asians(OSTA)index,25 hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]level and osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 121 T2DM patients admitted from January 2017 to August 2021 were selected as T2DM group,and 119 healthy physical examinees were selected as control group.OSTA index,25(OH)D level and bone mineral density(BMD)in different populations were analyzed,and OSTA index and 25(OH)D level of patients with different bone mass were compared.The correlations between OSTA index,25(OH)D level and BMD were analyzed.Results OSTA index,25(OH)D and BMD levels in T2DM group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Among the 121 patients,31 had osteoporosis,39 had osteopenia and 51 had normal bone mass.OSTA index,25(OH)D and BMD levels were lower in osteoporosis group thans in normal bone mass group and osteopenia group,and lower in osteopenia group than those in normal bone mass group(P<0.05).OSTA index and 25(OH)D level were positively correlated with BMD(P<0.05).Conclusion OSTA index and 25(OH)D level were significantly decreased in T2DM patients,and they are positively correlated with the degree of osteoporosis.Monitoring the changes of OSTA index and 25(OH)D can provide effective reference for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in T2DM patients.
