摘　　要：目的观察荜铃胃痛颗粒联合雷贝拉唑治疗对胃食管反流病(GERD)的临床效果、症候积分及胃食管反流病量表(GERDQ)评分的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年3月—2021年8月收治的GERD 247例的临床资料,根据治疗方案分为A组80例、B组82例、C组85例。A组给予雷贝拉唑治疗8周,B组给予荜铃胃痛颗粒治疗4周联合雷贝拉唑治疗8周,C组给予荜铃胃痛颗粒联合雷贝拉唑治疗8周。比较3组临床疗效、症候积分、GERDQ评分及不良反应发生情况。结果3组临床总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后胃灼热、反酸、嗳气或反食症候积分及GERDQ评分均低于治疗前,且C组低于A、B组,B组低于A组(P<0.05)。3组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论荜铃胃痛颗粒联合雷贝拉唑治疗GERD可显著提高临床效果,且不增加不良反应。Objective To observe the effects of Cubeentong Granule combined with Rabeprazole on clinical efficacy,symptom score and gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(GERDQ)score of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods The clinical data of 247 patients with GERD who were treated from March 2020 to August 2021 was retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into group A(n=80),group B(n=82)and group C(n=85).Group A was given Rabeprazole for 8 weeks,group B was given Cubeentong Granule combined with Rabeprazole for 8 weeks,and group C was given Cubeentong Granule combined with Rabeprazole for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,GERDQ score and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in the total effective rate among the three groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of heartburn,acid regurgitation,belching or regurgitation and GERDQ scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and lower in group C than in groups A and B,and in group B than in group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cubeentong Granule combined with Rabeprazole treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of GERD without increasing adverse effects.
