摘  要:醋酸仲丁酯是良好的溶剂,但由于工业化时间短,普遍存在能耗较大问题。本文利用夹点技术对换热网络进行优化,增强工艺物流间的换热,并找出余热集中的位置,并运用吸收式热泵技术将装置余热转化为便于输送的蒸汽,再利用喷射式蒸汽混合器技术将得到的低压蒸汽回收,装置节能达到33.68%。Sec-butyl acetate is a good solvent,but due to the short time of industrialization,the high energy consumption in most production processes.In this paper,the heat exchanger networks are optimized by the pinch technology.The location of heat concentration was founded and the heat exchange in the process flow was enhanced.By using absorption heat pump technology,the waste heat of the device was transformed into steam convenient for delivery.In addition,the low pressure steam was recovered by using the technology of jet steam mixer.Thus,the energy saving rate reaches 33.68%.
