摘 要:采用层次分析法对江苏沿海拟新建的醋酸乙烯项目生产工艺方案进行了定量决策,以降低主观因素对于决策的干扰。决策过程的递阶层级结构由目标层、准则层、子准则层和方案层四个层级构成。准则层中包含经济效益、安全生产和环境保护三个准则,每个准则又拓展出五个子准则,所有子准则的集合构成子准则层,方案层中的备选方案为国内常见的石油乙烯法和电石乙炔法。通过深入分析比较两种生产工艺,确定了准则层、子准则层和方案层中与上一层某因素相关的各因素重要性的相对比值,由此计算得到了各因素的单排序权值,并对相应的成对比较矩阵进行了一致性检验,各矩阵一致性指标均符合要求;进一步求得子准则层和方案层各因素的总排序权值,对石油乙烯法和电石乙炔法的全部总排序权值分别累加,得到两种工艺的总权值分别为0.533和0.467,表明本项目更适合采用石油乙烯法生产醋酸乙烯。本研究对于化工设计过程中的决策问题具有一定的示范指导意义。By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the quantitative decision-making of the production process for a new vinyl acetate project to be located in the coastal areas of Jiangsu Province was carried out to reduce the effect of the subjective consciousness on the decision-making.The hierarchical structure is composed of the goal,criterion,sub-criterion and alternative levels.The criterion level contains three criteria,namely,economic performance,production safety and environmental protection.Each criterion was extended to five sub-criteria.The set of all sub-criteria constitutes the sub-criterion level.The alternatives of the alternative level are the petroleum-based ethylene process and calcium carbide-based acetylene process.With an in-depth analysis of the above processes,the pairwise comparisons of relative importance of the elements in a level with respect to the elements in the next higher level were conducted to establish the pairwise comparison matrices and determine the relative ranking weights of the elements in the criteria,sub-criterion and alternative levels.In addition,the consistency test of the matrices was performed and the calculated results reveal that the consistency is desirable.Furthermore,the absolute ranking weights of the elements in the sub-criterion and alternative levels were obtained according to the above relative ranking weights.The total weights of the two processes were computed with the summation of the respective relative weights.The total weights of the petroleum-based ethylene process and calcium carbide-based acetylene process are 0.533 and 0.467,indicating that it is more reasonable to employ the petroleum-based ethylene process in the project.The research is exemplary and instructive for the decision-making problems in chemical design.
