摘　　要：以青岛场地在建项目的某大型模块为依托,通过对大型模块甲板片预制技术、预舾装技术、预安装技术、甲板片运输技术、底层甲板片SPMT总装技术、分片吊装技术的研究,形成一种适用于大型模块的一体化建造工艺,有效解决了传统建造工艺的诸多不足,提高了建造和喷涂的效率,减少了总装时间,节约了项目建造成本,可为以后类似项目提供重要参考。Based on a large module of a project under construction in Qingdao yard,through the research on large module deck panel prefabrication technology,pre outfitting technology,pre installation technology,deck panel transportation technology,bottom deck SPMT assembly technology,split lifting technology,an integration construction process suitable for large modules is formed,which effectively solves many shortcomings of the traditional construction process,improving construction and spraying efficiency,reduces the assembly time,saving the project construction cost,it can be provided a reference for future similar project.
