成品油储罐挥发性有机物排放量评估研究

摘  要:依据美国环保署和我国生态环境部颁布的储罐挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放核算公式,对某企业成品油罐区的内浮顶储罐VOCs的排放量进行了核算。采用储罐呼出油气体积及实测油气浓度的方法核算了储罐运行过程中的VOCs排放量,并与公式法核算的数值进行了比较。结果表明,以储罐轻锈为参数的公式法储罐排放量核算值与实测法储罐排放值差值最小。According to the VOCs emission calculation formula issued by the US EPA and the Ministry of ecology and environment of China,the VOCs emission of internal floating roof tanks in a product oil tank farm of an enterprise was calculated.The VOCs emission during the operation of the storage tank was calculated by using the method of exhaled volume of oil and gas and measured oil gas concentration,and compared with the value calculated by formula method.The results show that the difference between the calculated value of the formula method and the measured value is the smallest.
