摘　　要：为了逐渐实现五年一检修的目标,中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司3.0 Mt/a柴油加氢装置采用新型高活性、高稳定性FHUDS-10催化剂,从总流程角度优化装置进料量和反应器入口温度,以满足精制柴油质量和产量的需求。装置运行6个月后,对装置进行了标定。标定结果显示:原料的催化裂化柴油加工比例为17.60%,终馏点366℃,氮质量分数158μg/g,硫质量分数1.10%;精制柴油的密度0.8458 g/cm^(3),硫质量分数5.8μg/g,氮质量分数0.5μg/g,完全满足国Ⅵ柴油的质量标准。装置已经稳定运行超过1 a,通过优化操作条件,反应器入口温度仍可降至较低温度,充分体现了FHUDS-10催化剂具有良好的活性和稳定性。In order to gradually achieve the maintenance goal of one in five years,the novel type of high activity and stability FHUDS-10 catalyst is used in the 3.0 MM TPY diesel hydrogenation unit of SINOPEC Jinling Company.From the perspective of overall process,the feed rate of the unit and the inlet temperature of the reactor are optimized to meet the market demand for the properties and yield of refined diesel.After 6 months of operation,the unit is calibrated.The calibration results show that the processing ratio of FCC diesel is 17.60%,the final distillation point is 366℃,and the mass fraction of nitrogen is 158μg/g,sulfur mass fraction 1.10%;the density of refined diesel is 0.8458 g/cm^(3) and the mass fraction of sulfur is 5.8μg/g,nitrogen mass fraction 0.5μg/g,which fully meets the quality standard of GuoⅥdiesel.The unit has operated for more than one year,by optimizing process conditions,the inlet temperature can still reduce back to the low level,which fully reflects the good activity and stability of FHUDS-10 catalyst.
