摘 要:目的探讨支架血流精显(StentVesselViz)技术在冠状动脉支架植入术中的应用价值.方法回顾性收集接受冠状动脉支架植入并经StentVesselViz技术指导球囊后扩张的27例患者资料,根据冠状动脉造影定量分析(QCA)测量支架直径,根据StentVesselViz图像进行支架可视化分析.结果27例患者共30处病变,共植入37枚支架;共实施StentVesselViz72次,单次技术成功率为90.9%,未见严重治疗相关不良事件.平均实施时间为(12.10±1.22)s,单次实施的放射剂量为(13.7±4.01)mGy,手术放射剂量为(1494.83±24.02)mGy;扩张前后支架偏心指数有统计学差异(P=0.00);支架可视化分析为优良占93.9%.结论StentVesselViz技术可提高经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术中支架可视性并可指导球囊后扩张,临床应用简便安全.Objective To investigate the application value of StentVesselViz in coronary stent implantation.Methods The data of 27 patients who underwent coronary stent implantation and post-dilatation with the guidance of StentVesselViz were retrospectively collected.Stent diameter was measured using quantitative coronary angiography(QCA)images.The stent visualization analysis was performed according to StentVesselViz images.Results 27 patients with 30 lesions received 37 stents deployment.StentVesselViz was performed 72 times.The single technical success rate was 90.9%.No serious treatment-related adverse events were observed.The average implementation time was(12.10±1.22)s.The single implement dose was(13.7±4.01)mGy.The total operation dose was(1494.83±24.02)mGy.A significant difference in stent eccentricity index before and after post-dilation was observed(P=0.00).The evaluation of stent visualization showed that fine or above quality accounted for 93.9%.Conclusion StentVesselViz technology can improve the visibility of the stent and guide post-balloon dilatation during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Its clinical application is simple and safe.
