留置球囊联合雌激素人工周期对宫腔粘连分离术后复发及安全性的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析宫腔粘连分离术(TCRA)后行留置球囊联合雌激素人工周期治疗宫腔粘连患者的临床效果。方法:选取100例宫腔粘连患者,根据不同手术方式分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组患者接受宫腔粘连分离术(TCRA)+留置节育环装置,研究组接受TCRA+留置球囊+雌激素人工周期治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组宫腔形态有48例恢复正常,49例月经改善,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度和子宫体积均显著提高,且研究组远优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TCRA后行宫内留置球囊+雌激素人工周期治疗可显著改善患者宫腔及月经恢复情况,且复发率更低,安全性更优。Objective:To compare the clinical effects of indwelling balloon combined with estrogen artificial cycle therapy on patients with intrauterine adhesions(IUA)after transcervical resection adhesions(TCRA).Methods:100 patients with IUA were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received TCRA combined with intra uterine device(IUD),while patients in the study group were treated with TCRA,indwelling balloon and estrogen artificial cycle.The effective rates were compared between both groups.Results:After treatment,48 cases of uterine cavity morphology in the study group returned to normal and 49 cases showed menstruation improvement,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);the endometrial thickness and uterine volume of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment,and the indexes of the study group were much higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);and there was no statistical significance in adverse reactions between both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Intrauterine balloon combined with estrogen artificial cycle therapy after TCRA can significantly improve the recovery of uterine cavity and menstruation,with lower recurrence rate and higher safety.
