黄芪保心汤治疗扩张型心肌病并发慢性心力衰竭患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究黄芪保心汤治疗扩张型心肌病(DCM)并发慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的效果。方法:选取DCM并发CHF患者114例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和常规组,每组各57例。常规组给予厄贝沙坦治疗,研究组在常规组基础上加用黄芪保心汤。比较两组疗效、心功能指标、6 min步行试验距离、血清神经内分泌细胞因子、心肌纤维化标志物水平。结果:研究组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组心功能指标及6 min步行试验距离均优于常规组,血清神经内分泌细胞因子水平和心肌纤维化标志物水平均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪保心汤治疗DCM并发CHF患者可调节血清神经内分泌细胞因子及心肌纤维化标志物,改善心功能与运动耐力,治疗效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of Huangqi Baoxin decoction on patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)complicated with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:114 DCM patients complicated with CHF were randomized into the study group and conventional group,each with 57 cases.The conventional group were administered with irbesartan,and the study group were treated with Huangqi Baoxin decoction on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The efficacy,cardiac function index,6 min walk test(6 MWT),levels of serum neuroendocrine cytokines and markers of myocardial fibrosis were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);after treatment,the cardiac function index and 6 MWT of the study group were better than those of the conventional group,and the levels of serum neuroendocrine cytokines and markers of myocardial fibrosis were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Baoxin decoction can regulate serum neuroendocrine cytokines and markers of myocardial fibrosis in patients with DCM complicated with CHF,and improve their cardiac function and exercise endurance with remarkable effect.
