摘　　要：目的:分析Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管在前置胎盘孕妇剖宫产分娩过程中的应用效果。方法:选取79例前置胎盘孕妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组38例和观察组41例。两组均行剖宫产术,对照组采取胎盘剥离面子宫局部缝合联合缩宫素、卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,观察组将在对照组基础上接受Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管联合治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率较高(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、恶露持续时间及住院时间较短,术中、术后2 h、术后24 h失血量较少(P<0.05);术后24 h,观察组白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)低于对照组(P<0.05),而两组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管用于治疗前置胎盘剖宫产孕妇,效果显著,且不会明显影响凝血功能。Objective:To analyze the application value of Bakri uterine tamponade balloon catheter to the cesarean delivery process of pregnant women with placenta previa.Methods:79 pregnant women with placenta previa were randomized into the control group(38 cases)and observation group(41 cases).Both groups underwent cesarean section,and the control group were treated with placental dissection and local uterine suturing combined with oxytocin and carboprost tromethamine,on the basis of the control group,another 41 patients in the observation group received combined treatment of Bakri uterine tamponade balloon catheter.Then the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate for the observation group was higher(P<0.05);the operation,lochia lasting and hospitalization time was shorter,and blood loss was less during the operation,2 h after the operation,and 24 h after the operation(P<0.05);24 h after the operation,the observation group the white blood cell count(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the comparison of prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and fibrinogen(FIB)between the two groups,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bakri uterine tamponade balloon catheter is used to treat pregnant women with placenta previa cesarean section.The effect is significant,and it will not significantly affect the blood coagulation function.
