大学科技园的发展模式和运行机制浅析——以沈阳工程学院国家大学科技园为例

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育改革的深入推进,大学科技园作为聚焦创新资源集成、科技成果转化、科技创业孵化、创新人才培养和开放协同发展五大核心功能的重要载体得到了迅速发展,已成为我国科技创新的重要推动力量。以沈阳工程学院国家大学科技园为例,综合利用沈阳市沈北新区公共信息服务平台资源,重点对“如何加强科学研究成果落地转化,发挥校企合作、产教融合、国际交流在应用型人才培养中的地位和作用”开展调查研究,为高校科技成果转移转化和高水平应用型人才培养谋划未来发展路径。With the deepening of China's higher education reform,university science park,as an important carrier of the five core functions of focusing on innovation resource integration,transformation of scientific and technological achievements,incubation of scientific and technological entrepreneurship,cultivation of innovative talents and open collaborative development,has developed rapidly and has become an important driving force of China's scientific and technological innovation.Taking the National University Science park of Shenyang Institute of Engineering as an example,this paper comprehensively utilizes the public information service platform resources of Shenbei New District of Shenyang,researches on"how to strengthen the implementation of scientific research achievementsn and how to give full play to the status and role of school-enterprise cooperation,industry-education integration,and international exchange in application-oriented talents training"and plans the future development path for the transfer of scientific and technological achievements and the cultivation of high-level applied talents in colleges and universities.
