摘　　要：乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其相关症状严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来,越来越多的研究表明针灸治疗乳腺癌患者常伴有的上肢淋巴水肿、放疗化疗副作用、癌症疲劳、潮热、情绪抑郁等伴随症状具有显著疗效和独特优势。本文综述了近5年来针灸在乳腺癌辅助治疗中的临床研究,分析了针灸在乳腺癌辅助治疗中的应用和效果,阐述了针灸治疗的优势,为中西医结合治疗乳腺癌提供新思路。Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women,and its related symptoms seriously affect the quality of life of patients.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that acupuncture and moxibustion for breast cancer patients often accompanied by upper extremity lymphedema,side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,cancer fatigue,hot flashes,emotional depression and other accompanying symptoms have significant curative effect and unique advantages.This paper summarizes the clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion in adjuvant treatment of breast cancer in recent 5 years,analyzes the application and effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in adjuvant treatment of breast cancer,and expounds the advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,so as to provide new ideas for the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for breast cancer.
