摘　　要：煤矿安全监控系统升级改造完成后,系统设备已具备一定的抗电磁干扰能力,但在实际使用中发现,部分气体传感器仍会出现“上大数”等故障情况,尤其是分布在一些大型变频设备附近的传感器问题更为突出;针对这一现象,使用频谱仪对问题区域的电磁环境进行实地测量,分析传感器所受干扰的频谱特性及耦合途径,利用ADS仿真软件分析当前滤波模块无法使传感器对变频器产生的电磁干扰形成免疫的原因;最后有针对性地根据干扰频段调整滤波参数,并增加对应的射频场感应的传导骚扰抗扰度试验进行验证。结果表明:优化后的传感器通过新增试验后,放置于现场同一位置未再出现“上大数”的现象。After the upgrading of coal mine safety monitoring system, the system has a certain anti-electromagnetic interference ability. However, it is found that some gas sensors still have“displaying large number”and other faults in practical use, especially for the sensors distributed near some large frequency conversion equipment, the problem is more severe. In view of this phenomenon, we use spectrometer to measure the electromagnetic environment in the problem area, analyze the spectrum characteristics and coupling path of the interference of the sensor, and us ADS simulation software to analyze the reason why the current filter module cannot make the sensor immune to the electromagnetic interference generated by the frequency converter.Finally, the filter parameters are adjusted according to the interference frequency band, and the conducted disturbance immunity test induced by the corresponding RF field is added for verification. The results show that after the optimized sensor passes the new test, it is placed in the same position on the site, and there is no“displaying large number”phenomenon.
