摘　　要：设计了矸石充填投料输送集控系统,采用S7-300 PLC构建系统的控制主站,通过井下震动传感器、雷达料位计以及物料传感器对投料震动、料位等信息的监测,分析投料输送系统的储料仓料位、投料管道等状态并呈现在上位机软件中,在发生堵仓、堵管等故障时给出报警信息。上位机人机界面采用iFIX组态软件进行设计,实现了对投料输送系统的带式输送机、给料机及相关设备的集控、检修等操作方式;集控系统采用结构化程序设计方式,易于操作与后期维修,保证矸石充填投料输送系统安全高效运行。A gangue filling feeding and conveying centralized control system is designed. S7-300 PLC is used to build the main control station of the system, and the vibration and material level are monitored by underground vibration sensor, radar material level meter and material sensor. Analyze the status of the material position and feeding pipeline of the feeding conveying system and present it in the upper computer software, and give alarm information when the faults such as blocking the warehouse and pipe occur. iFIX configuration software is used to design the man-machine interface of the upper computer, and the centralized control and maintenance of the belt conveyor, feeder and related equipment of the feeding conveying system are realized. The centralized control system adopts structured program design, which is easy to operate and maintain in later period, and ensures the safe and efficient operation of gangue filling feeding and conveying system.
