摘 要:推动开展绿色建筑后评估,是解决绿色建筑发展过程中“图上面积多,实际面积少”这一突出问题,提升绿色建筑发展质量的重要手段。本文对我国开展绿色建筑后评估工作的必要性进行了分析,总结了国内外可借鉴经验,并对下一步工作提出了相关建议措施,以期为主管部门和从业主体开展相关实践提供借鉴参考。Promoting Green Building post-occupancy evaluation is an important means to solve the prominent problem of"more floor area on map but less floor area in reality"in the process of Green Building development,which can improve the quality of the Green Building development.This article analyzes the necessity of Green Building post-occupancy evaluation,and summarizes the experience that can be used for reference both at home and abroad,and puts forward related suggestions for the next step of work,in order to provide reference for the competent authorities and practitioners to carry out relevant practices.
