摘　　要：随着我国经济发展进入“新常态”,城市发展由大规模增量扩张转向存量提质的新时期,城镇老旧小区改造关系到居民的基本住房利益,有利于改善老城区居民的生活状况。本文选取了新疆石河子市五、六、七号老旧小区作为研究对象,通过对小区的摸底调查,梳理小区内部存在的问题,提出相应的改造规划和设计方案,体现石河子市独特的军垦特色,满足群众的美好生活需求。As China's economic development has entered the"new normal",urban development has shifted from large-scale incremental expansion to a new period of stock quality improvement.Reconstruction of old residential areas in cities is related to the basic housing interests of residents,which is conducive to improving the living conditions of residents in old urban areas.This paper selected No.5,6 and 7 old residential areas in Shihezi City as the research object,through the investigation of the residential areas,sorted out the existing problems in the residential area,and proposed the corresponding reconstruction planning and design scheme,which could reflect the unique reclamation style of Shihezi City and meet the needs of the people’s longing for a better life.
