摘 要:采用液态靶件辐照生产同位素时,需要对辐照孔道内料液的液位进行长时间、稳定地监测,并发出电信号以便系统及时对料液进行补充或抽取。经调研,目前市面上还没有一种液位计或传感器能够满足对处在强辐照环境下的狭小密闭的辐照孔道内料液进行测量的要求。为解决辐照孔道内料液液位测量的问题,根据辐照孔道的特殊结构与辐照孔道所处的环境及料液本身的特点,结合辐照生产同位素的工艺要求,提出了基于料液导电性、电阻定律、气体不溶性并结合气动技术3种不同原理的液位测量方法,并对每种液位测量方法的原理和特点予以介绍分析。这3种液位测量方法均切实可行,能够长期、稳定地对辐照孔道内料液的液位进行测量,其中一种已经成功应用于工程实际。When using liquid target to irradiate and produce isotopes,it is necessary to monitor the liquid level in the irradiation channel for a long time and stably,and send out electric signals so that the system can supplement or extract the liquid in time.After investigation,there is no liquid level meter or sensor on the market that can meet the requirements of measuring the liquid in the narrow and closed irradiation channel in the strong irradiation environment.In order to solve the problem of liquid level measurement in the irradiation channel,according to the special structure of the irradiation channel,the environment of the irradiation channel and the characteristics of the liquid itself,combined with the process requirements of isotope production by irradiation,three different liquid level measurement methods based on the conductivity of the liquid,the law of resistance,gas insolubility and pneumatic technology were proposed,and the application of each method was analyzed The principle and characteristics are introduced and analyzed.These three liquid level measurement methods are feasible,and can measure the liquid level in the irradiation channel for a long time and stably.One of them has been successfully applied in engineering practice.
