摘  要:分析了EDG(Emergency Diesel Generator,应急柴油发电机)励磁装置的工作原理,介绍了励磁装置改进原因。根据运行维修经验进行了器件参数的重新核算,重新设计了电压校正器,提出了功能改进和性能提升方案,并实施1E级鉴定,对改造后的试验情况作了简要介绍。EDG励磁装置改造完成后,安全稳定运行至今(13年),改造经验可供同行参考。This paper analyzes the operating principle of excitation devices of EDGs,introduces the reason of the modification.According to operation and maintenance experience,the device parameters were re-calculated,the voltage regulator were re-designed,the scheme of function and performance improvement was put forward,and the 1E class identification was carried out.The article also gives a brief introduction of post-modification tests.The excitation devices of EDGs had been operating safely and stably for 13 years after modification.The modification experience can be used for peer reference.
