辅酶Q_(10)助眠乳剂对小鼠翻正反射的影响

摘　　要：目的研究辅酶Q_(10)助眠乳剂对小鼠翻正反射的作用。方法将99只SPF级的昆明雌鼠随机分为9组,分别为生理盐水组、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、缺褪黑素组、缺5-羟基色氨酸组、缺谷维素组、缺辅料组以及缺促渗组,每组10只,每组小鼠脱毛后禁食不禁水饲养8 h后,在背部无毛处涂抹样品,给药50 min后,腹腔注射45 mg/(kg·BW)戊巴比妥钠溶液,进行戊巴比妥钠阈上剂量睡眠实验。结果辅酶Q_(10)助眠乳剂高剂量、中剂量组能够延长小鼠的睡眠时间,相比空白组有显著性差异(P<0.05),说明辅酶Q_(10)助眠乳剂有一定的助睡眠作用;而中剂量组在缺少谷维素、透皮吸收促进剂时,能够极显著的延长小鼠睡眠时间(P<0.01),缩短睡眠潜伏期。结论辅酶Q_(10)助眠乳剂有促进小鼠睡眠的作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of coenzyme Q_(10) sleep aid emulsion on mice's righting reflex.METHODS 99 Kunming female rats with SPF grade were randomly divided into 9 groups,namely normal saline group,high-dose group,middle-dose group,low-dose group,melatonin deficiency group,5-hydroxytryptophan deficiency group,oryzanol deficiency group,lack of excipients group and lack of penetration enhancement group,each with 10 rats.After depilation,the mice in each group were fasted and water fed for 8 hours,and then smeared the sample on the hairless area on the back.After administration for 50 minutes,intraperitoneal injection of 45 mg/(kg·BW)pentobarbital sodium solution was performed to perform a sleep test of upper thresh old dose of pentobarbital sodium.RESULTS The high-dose and medium-dose coenzyme Q_(10) sleep aid emulsion groups could prolong the sleep time of mice,and there was a significant difference compared with the blank group(P<0.05),indicating that the coenzyme Q_(10) sleep aid emulsion has a certain effect of helping sleep;the medium--dose group,lack of oryzanol and transdermal absorption enhancer,could significantly prolong the sleep time of mice(P<0.01)and shorten the sleep latency.CONCLUSION Coenzyme Q_(10) sleep aid emulsion can promote sleep in mice.
