成都产泽泻的超临界萃取及其GC-MS分析

摘　　要：目的研究并统计成都产泽泻提取物的成分,为今后研究泽泻挥发性成分的活性奠定基础。方法首先对成都产泽泻进行前处理,粉碎,过10目筛,采用超临界流体萃取法提取成都产泽泻。接着,将提取物进一步处理,用适宜的溶剂溶解,过滤。最后,使用气质联用仪进行成分分析。结果气质联用仪分析超临界流体萃取法所得的成都产泽泻提取物,图谱中出现179个色谱峰,共有112个化合物,与文献报道的其他产地(福建、江西、四川)泽泻的化合物有少部分相同。结论成都产泽泻挥发油成分与其他产地的泽泻挥发油有着明显的不同。研究不同产地泽泻,为今后研究泽泻挥发油化学成分的药理作用打下坚实的基础,也为今后的泽泻挥发油的开发利用提供文献参考。OBJECTIVE To study the constituents of the extracts of Alisma orientale from Chengdu,and to lay a foundation for the study of the activity of volatile components of Alisma orientale in the future.METHODS The Alisma orientale from Chengdu was extracted by Supercritical Fluid Extraction after pretreatment,crushing and 10 mesh sieve.The extract was then further treated,dissolved in a suitable solvent and filtered.Finally,the composition analysis was performed by GC-MS.RESULTS A total of 112 compounds,including 179 chromatographic peaks,were found in the chromatographic spectrum of the extraction of Alisma orientale from Chengdu,which was similar to a few compounds from other reported sources(Fujian,Jiangxi,Sichuan).CONCLUSION The components of the volatile oil of Alisma orientale from Chengdu were obviously different from those from other areas.The study of Alisma orientale from different producing areas would lay a solid foundation for the future study on the pharmacological action of the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Alisma orientale,and provide references for the development and utilization of the volatile oil in the future.
